When I found this hombre fabric I thought of farming the land and used it to make a "farm" quilt for my grandson.  I appliqued the buildings, tractors, trees and animals.   The border is 2" squares of pieces that were also used in the quilts appliqued.  I truly enjoyed doing this quilt.  The animals were a bit tricky, but very enjoyable.
